Time to go grocery shopping.
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 (2.5) Pounds of lean ground beef.
- 1 Pound of hot breakfast sausage in a tube.
- 1 cup chopped onion.
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped.
- One 12 oz (ounce) can of your favorite beer.
- 29 oz (ounce) can of tomato sauce.
- Two 15.5 oz (ounce) cans of kidney beans.
- Two 14.5 oz (ounce) cans of stewed tomatoes.
- 4 TBSP (Tablespoon) of chili powder.
- 4 TBSP (Tablespoon) of cumin.
- 2 TBSP (Tablespoon) of beef Boullion (or 5 cubes).
- 2 TSP (Teaspoon) of oregano.
- 2 TSP (Teaspoon) of paprika.
- 2 TSP (Teaspoon) of sugar.
- 1 TSP (Teaspoon) of unsweet cocoa.
- 1 TSP (Teaspoon) of coriander.
- 1/2 bottle (2.5 oz (ounce) or more) of Sun Poison Spicy Hot Mustard Sauce.
Here is how you cook it:
- Brown sausage and ground beef, then drain it off.
- Add all other ingredients and cook for 1 hour on medium heat.
- Then let simmer for 2 more hours (or more!).
- Let cool to desired temperature and Dig-In!!
